HOUSTON (November 12, 2014) –Houston-based Boxer Property today unveiled completed property renovations and Boxer Workstyle at 1322 Space Park, a two-story office building with approximately 123,089 square feet. Built in 1966, the space is part of a three-building office complex located in the heart of the thriving Clear Lake submarket .
This Houston property has undergone both interior and exterior renovations to bring an updated look and new amenities to the entire complex, allowing the space to also be dog-friendly for tenants. “A crisp, clean and cohesive design is carried both inside and outside of the building,” said Designer Rogelio Rendon. “In the common areas, way-finding accent colors in windows and painted areas complement the sealed concrete floors. This play of color incorporated into the design will guide visitors and tenants through the space.”
Upgraded amenities inside the building incorporate the customary Boxer Workstyle executive suites with shared lobby areas and collaborative common space. The complex has lounge areas, as well as an interior common area, a large lounge area with a break room, and a large conference room. Exterior updates include a food truck docking area for a dynamic outdoor food court, a dog park on the grounds for tenants to bring pets to work under personal supervision, outdoor courtyards and sun-shaded seating.
