HOUSTON (November 12, 2014) –Houston-based Boxer Property today unveiled completed property renovations and Boxer Workstyle at 1322 Space Park, a two-story office building with approximately 123,089 square feet. Built in 1966, the space is part of a three-building office complex located in the heart of the thriving Clear Lake submarket .
This Houston property has undergone both interior and exterior renovations to bring an updated look and new amenities to the entire complex, allowing the space to also be dog-friendly for tenants. “A crisp, clean and cohesive design is carried both inside and outside of the building,” said Designer Rogelio Rendon. “In the common areas, way-finding accent colors in windows and painted areas complement the sealed concrete floors. The complex has lounge areas, as well as an interior common area, a large lounge area with a break room, and a large conference room. Exterior updates include a food truck docking area for a dynamic outdoor food court, a dog park on the grounds for tenants to bring pets to work under personal supervision, outdoor courtyards and sun-shaded seating.
