Boxer Property is thrilled to announce the promotion of David Young to Regional Property Manager Supervisor, in Houston. David, currently a senior property manager and in his third year with Boxer, was selected from a deep field of well-qualified, internal applicants.
This is the second Regional PM Supervisor position in Houston, Jannetta Key will be working closely with Young. Due to the rapid growth of the Houston market , it was time to split the market making the portfolio more manageable as well as making it possible for both supervisors to go on-site and work closely with their PM’s. Each PM Supervisor will manage approximately 3.8 m SF, in Houston.
“The objective of the additional position was to increase the confidence and improve attention that could be offered to each PM and property,” Young explained. The goal was to truly get out and be on the properties to assist the PM’s and help them grow and find opportunities that will increase the asset worth for the landlords, creating more revenue for the property. This position will also focus on improving the line of communication within the department as well as inter departmentally, overall impacting their properties in a more positive way.
Specifically, both Regional PM Supervisors will increase their focus on improving the portfolio in Houston in all areas, such as customer service and increasing profitability of the asset through property and procedural improvements
Before Boxer, Young was a general manager in sales & operations for Regus, the largest provider of flexible workspace , often known for their fully furnished, turnkey office & business location options.
“I’m very excited to start this position and get to work with a terrific team and co-supervisor, Jannetta Key” Young said. He will officially be in the role by year end.
