Statement – March 10, 2020

As news and information spreads about Covid-19, Boxer wants to take the opportunity to reach out to you and share how the Company is preparing for the possibility that the virus impacts the buildings and company.

Our management team is following the news carefully to learn more about the coronavirus and its spread. We are relying on the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Protection (CDC) and other government authorities to develop every day, preventative actions. As we receive guidance from the government and professional health community, we will promptly follow their recommendations and address any situation that we feel may place our customers and staff at risk.

Cleaning Protocol

As a precaution, we have directed our housekeeping staff and after hours cleaning vendors to focus on commonly touched surfaces like door handles, elevator buttons, handrails, and restroom fixtures. In addition to these steps, we are sharing these reminders from the CDC:

Prevention
• Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
• If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer
• Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands
• Cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue, then immediately throw it away

If you or your staff or clients experience flu-like symptoms (fever, cough, or shortness of breath), we encourage you to stay home from the buildings and seek medical care. We encourage our staff to do the same. Restricting activities outside of your home can help prevent the disease from spreading.

Additional information from the CDC on the coronavirus can be found on the CDC website. Our goal right now is to closely monitor all information so that we can continue to ensure a reasonably safe environment.
