April 19, 2018 (DALLAS, TX) – Houston-based commercial real estate firm, Boxer Property, announced today that Access Dental Services, LLC (ADS) plans to move its national headquarters to a new 15,669 square feet office location at 4101 McEwen Road in Dallas, TX. As part of the move, regional staff from STX Healthcare Management Services, Inc. (STX), a Boxer Property client since 2013, will move its Dallas team to this new location, joining its parent company, ADS.
Senior Broker Mark Dowdle represented Boxer Property during negotiations. Michael Petrick of Fischer represented the tenant. “South Texas Dental has been a great long-term tenant with us at The Centre for years,” Dowdle said. “It is exciting that ADS is moving its national headquarters to Dallas as well. We look forward to getting them settled in their newly expanded office space and to continue our relationship with them.”
