Boxer Property aggressively pursues the acquisition of value-add or distressed assets and loans throughout the country with a focus on secondary markets surrounding major metro centers. Historically, Boxer Property has targeted multi-tenant office buildings of all classes over 50,000 square feet as well as large regional malls, but in 2013, our focus expanded to include 100+ key, hotel/resorts in irreplaceable or strategic locations.

Our key strength lies in re-positioning non-performing assets with substantial vacancies, neglected capital needs, or negative cash flows. We are a well-capitalized, vertically integrated operator who can provide sellers and buyers with an unmatched surety and ease of close.

Since 1992, Boxer Property has overseen the property acquisition and disposition of over 200 commercial assets and have closed the majority of our deals in 45 days or less. We protect brokers. We do not re-trade.
