Rendón designed and built “the nest” at Les Givral’s Kahve to reflect a place of nourishment. The installation also serves as a divider between the bar and restaurant for the popular casual sandwich shop. All five restaurants and designers highlighted in the article are honored for their unique take on how clever, inspiring design can develop a restaurant’s natural flow without creating blockages.
“I just love to design and try to push the boundaries to make something we are proud to work in.”
At Boxer Property, Rendón and his team are in various phases of designing and building out Boxer Workstyle, our new coworking product in Houston and some of our nationwide locations. He also works with our in-house construction team to revitalize our leasing offices and spec spaces. Rendón’s love for art and innovative installations is thriving in the commercial real estate realm, where the Elevator Art Projects are beginning to take shape. Boxer is having a lot of fun with the direction office designs are headed. We are experimenting with space in new ways and are in a position to innovate rapidly and expand on projects that work well. For instance, there are plans to develop dog parks on our grounds to connect with communities and add balance to the work-life world we live in. We love working with Rogelio and are proud of what he’s accomplishing, both outside of Boxer and within our organization!
